TASTING NOTES: Straw yellow in color with greenish hues, a recognizable appearance among classic Verdejos. The nose is loaded with notes of anise and intense fruit aromas (white fruit and citrus). Herbaceous aromas, such as fennel and bay leaf, also take center stage. On the palate, this is a fresh and smooth wine, with a good balance between body and acidity. After each sip, aromas of fresh fruit, herbs, and flowers (lavender and jasmine) reappear. The finish is long, slightly bitter, and tremendously gastronomic.
