The pig is raised in freedom among holm oaks, cork oaks and other species typical of the best dehesas(natural pastures with trees that produce acorns), and its exquisite diet is based on natural pastures, acorns and other foods characteristic of the ecosystem in which it lives. This gives it a high differential value and an optimum quality that makes this product the highest range of Iberian hams.<\/p>\n<p>As a result of the pig&#8217;s diet and relaxed lifestyle, the product has a high level of fat infiltration in the meat, which allows us to enjoy an excellent juiciness, as well as an exceptional flavour and intensity.
