You can purchase this product in our online store or at your nearest Moniberic store.<\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"200\" height=\"300\" src=\"https:\/\/moniberic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/PCC-sobre-200x300-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6790\" style=\"aspect-ratio:0.6666666666666666;width:208px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Crepes with Iberian free-range pork shoulder and goat cheese<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>\u2013 120 g of flour.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u2013 3 eggs.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u2013 \u00bc of milk.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u2013 200 g shoulder of Iberian field bait 50% Tom\u00e1s L\u00f3pez Iberian breed.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u2013 100 g of dried tomatoes.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u2013 Proven\u00e7al herbs<\/p>\n\n<p>\u2013 Olive oil.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u2013 Salt<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Elaboration:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Mix the eggs, milk, flour and a pinch of salt in the mixer. Let it rest for approximately half an hour.<\/p>\n\n<p>In a frying pan with a few drops of oil over low heat, pour two or three tablespoons of the batter. Let it brown on one side and turn it over carefully. Fold the crepes and divide them among the plates.<\/p>\n\n<p>In the same pan, lightly saut\u00e9 the sun-dried tomatoes, place a slice of Tom\u00e1s L\u00f3pez 50% Iberian field-fed shoulder on each crepe, top with a slice of goat cheese, and place the tomato around it.
