Everything depends on the <strong>temperature <\/strong>at home and whether we have a cool place like a pantry or basement. If it&#8217;s summer, and it&#8217;s very hot, and we don&#8217;t have a suitable place to store it, it&#8217;s best to put it in the refrigerator. <\/p>\n\n<p>It is not advisable for sliced \u200b\u200bpacks to be subjected to sudden temperature changes, as this could damage the ham.<\/p>\n\n<p>Another frequently asked question is, <strong>&#8220;How long does a vacuum-packed package last?&#8221;<\/strong>&#8230; If the packages are perfectly packaged, they can be stored for <strong>60 to 90 days<\/strong> without any problems.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Consumption_temperature\"><\/span><strong>Consumption temperature:<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n<p>Temperature is an element we must take into account, and it will directly influence how we perceive the palette. <strong>Excessive cold or heat<\/strong> influences the organoleptic characteristics of this product and can make our perception less than optimal. <\/p>\n\n<p>If you&#8217;ve chosen to store your <strong>sliced <\/strong>\u200b\u200bIberian shoulder in the refrigerator, take it out <strong>half an hour before serving <\/strong>to allow it to warm up. This will ensure they don&#8217;t stick together when you place the slices on your plate, and it will also <strong>enhance the aromas and flavors<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<p>Sometimes, unexpected events can make it impossible to remove the sliced \u200b\u200bshoulder from the refrigerator in enough time for it to reach the right temperature. So what do we do? Don&#8217;t worry, there&#8217;s another <strong>trick to warm up the shoulder<\/strong>. Turn on the hot water tap and wait for the water to reach lukewarm (not too hot). Place the sealed plastic bag under it and slowly move it around under the water. This way, the heat will pass more or less evenly throughout the entire package and warm up the slices.
