The Iberian Cebo Ibérico Shoulder is obtained from the best Iberian pigs, which throughout their life, from birth to slaughter, receive a diet basedexclusively on top quality cereals and legumes.
This leads to a shoulder with a high infiltration of intramuscular fat, which is an expression of quality, as it adds juiciness and texture to the piece. When it comes to the taste, it is balanced, smooth and velvety. It has a mild aroma that, together with all the other characteristics, will make us enjoy this product at the highest level.

Ideal palette to taste on a plate or to eat with any type of bread. One of the best flavours we can find in our gastronomy.
Consumption:
Consume it at a temperature close to 21ºC. Never consume it ata product temperature lower than 14ºC or higher than 25ºC, as this would alter its organoleptic properties. If the product is packaged, take it out of the refrigerator 2 hours before its consumption in order to achieve the ideal temperature of 21ºC. Open the package 15 minutes before its consumption to allow the product to air out.
Preservation:
Always store it in a cool and dry place, at temperatures that do not exceed 15ºC. After cutting it, it is recommended to cover the cut with the fat of the ham itself and to place a lint-free cloth on top. If the product is vacuum-packed, it should be kept in the refrigerator at a temperature between 1ºC and 5ºC.
