Our 100% Gran Reserva Duroc Ham is the highest quality piece that can be found on the market within the group of non- Iberian ham. It comes from 100% pure-bred Duroc pigs raised on farms using an intensive diet of top quality feed from birth to slaughter.
Its muscular structure has a great infiltration of fat, providing a pleasant juiciness in the palate. The taste of these pieces is usually mild, although it is tastier than the other white pig breeds. This is why it becomes the best option if what we are looking for is a high quality non- Iberian ham.

This ham is perfect for tasting it on a plate or for eating it with any kind of bread. One of the best flavours we can find in our gastronomy.
Consumption:
Consume it at a temperature close to 21ºC. Never consume it ata product temperature lower than 14ºC or higher than 25ºC, as this would alter its organoleptic properties. If the product is packaged, take it out of the refrigerator 2 hours before its consumption in order to achieve the ideal temperature of 21ºC. Open the package 15 minutes before its consumption to allow the product to air out.
Preservation:
Always store it in a cool and dry place, at temperatures that do not exceed 15ºC. After cutting it, it is recommended to cover the cut with the fat of the ham itself and to place a lint-free cloth on top. If the product is vacuum-packed, it should be kept in the refrigerator at a temperature between 1ºC and 5ºC.
