Our Cebo de Campo Ibérico Shoulder comes from high quality Iberian pigs. These animals are raised in open fields , where they can graze and exercise. This favors the infiltration of fat in the lean meat, making the meat juicier. Their diet is based on natural pastures and is complemented with top quality cereals.
Thanks to this we obtain a marbled palette with an enveloping, structured, tasty flavour, with an intense and brilliant color. These characteristics, together with an exceptional aroma, make this product a marvel for all our senses.

Ideal palette to taste on a plate or to eat with any type of bread. One of the best flavours we can find in our gastronomy.
Consumption:
Consume it at a temperature close to 21ºC. Never consume it ata product temperature lower than 14ºC or higher than 25ºC, as this would alter its organoleptic properties. If the product is packaged, take it out of the refrigerator 2 hours before its consumption in order to achieve the ideal temperature of 21ºC. Open the package 15 minutes before its consumption to allow the product to air out.
Preservation:
Always store it in a cool and dry place, at temperatures that do not exceed 15ºC. After cutting it, it is recommended to cover the cut with the fat of the ham itself and to place a lint-free cloth on top. If the product is vacuum-packed, it should be kept in the refrigerator at a temperature between 1ºC and 5ºC.
