This ham comes from 100% Iberian pigs, raised in freedom, fed in a montanera regime based on acorns and natural pastures, with a curing period of more than 36 months with natural ventilation regulated by our expert ham experts. Once we have obtained our first quality 100% Iberian acorn-fed hams, we will work on them for a minimum of 36 months with natural ventilation, semi-darkness and time in artisan drying sheds in the south of Spain.

Our 100% Iberian acorn-fed ham represents the highest Iberian purity. The pig is raised in freedom among holm oaks, cork oaks and other species typical of the best dehesas(natural pastures with trees that produce acorns), and its exquisite diet is based on natural pastures, acorns and other foods characteristic of the ecosystem in which it lives. This gives it a high differential value and an optimum quality that makes this product the highest range of Iberian hams.
As a result of the pig’s diet and relaxed lifestyle, the product has a high level of fat infiltration in the meat, which allows us to enjoy an excellent juiciness, as well as an exceptional flavour and intensity. Suitable for:
This ham is perfect for tasting it on a plate or for eating it with any kind of bread. One of the best flavours we can find in our gastronomy.
Consumption:
Consume it at a temperature close to 21ºC. Never consume it ata product temperature lower than 14ºC or higher than 25ºC, as this would alter its organoleptic properties. If the product is packaged, take it out of the refrigerator 2 hours before its consumption in order to achieve the ideal temperature of 21ºC. Open the package 15 minutes before its consumption to allow the product to air out.
Preservation:
Always store it in a cool and dry place, at temperatures that do not exceed 15ºC. After cutting it, it is recommended to cover the cut with the fat of the ham itself and to place a lint-free cloth on top. If the product is vacuum-packed, it should be kept in the refrigerator at a temperature between 1ºC and 5ºC.

We present the ham wrapped in anti-grease paper and a mesh. Once wrapped, it is placed in a decorative box to protect the product during transport.
Ham started and ready to cut
Preparation started and ready to cut. We send you the clean piece on the cut side and with a cut start, so you can place it in your ham holder and start enjoying it
Machine sliced ham
We present the vacuum-packed ham in 100 gr sachets, accompanied by small cubes of ham, shavings and the cut bone.
The weight obtained will depend on the size of the piece selected, ranging between 2.5 and 2.8 kg.
