TASTING: The wine is dark red and unfiltered. Its aging in various oak barrels produces an intense nose with notes of red fruits, anise, mint and herbs. In the mouth it is voluptuous and majestic, full-bodied and elegant. Although it is fresh and has a long aging potential, red and black fruits predominate, and subtle notes of prune, fig, and dates are perceived when the wine has had time to breathe. Very long finish, thanks to the freshness provided by the old vines.
