TASTING: In the visual phase a bright straw yellow color is appreciated, with greenish reflections. Elegant, fresh and complex. It shows a marked fruity tone, which covers the range of white fruits and citrus fruits. There are also aromas of fennel, scrubland, and an aniseed, balsamic base. All of this on a mineral memory. Fresh fruit notes reappear in the mouth. Smooth, sweet, and elegant with a soft, bitter aftertaste, characteristic of the Verdejo variety, supported by good acidity. It has a great structure that favors its persistence. The volume in the mouth of this vintage stands out. The retronasal is complex and intense.
