TASTING: The layer is bright, golden straw yellow in color. The bubbles are fine. The foam is discreet and persistent. The nose, very expressive and open, is both fruity and brioche. It gives off aromas of peach, white flowers (hawthorn, acacia) and vanilla pod. The entrance into the mouth is lively, fresh, harmonious. Flavors of fruit and honey are then delicately expressed. Brut Reserva, which reaches its full maturity over the course of three to four years of aging in the cellar, has a developed aromatic potential.
