Today we present a new recipe , mellow acorn-fed iberian ham rice, for your special occasions.
In this recipe we are going to use sliced and shavings of Iberian acorn ham .

Ideal recipe as a main dish:
Mellow acorn-fed iberian ham rice
Ingredients:
- 4 cups of arroz bomba.
- 100g. of acorn ham shavings of Iberian.
- 2 large onions.
- 1 green pepper.
- Peas.
- 2 grains of garlic.
- 2 c.s. of tomato concentrate
- 8 cups of vegetable broth.
- Virgin olive oil.
- Salt
- 4 slices of Iberian ham, for the crunchy one
Elaboration:
In a paella pan, heat the oil, fry the onion and pepper cut in brunois, halfway through cooking add the chopped garlic also in brunois. When it is well fried, add the peas and the ham.
Cook for 2 minutes and add the concentrate of tomato. Finish the frying, make it very dark.
Add the rice and pearl. Add the hot vegetable broth and let it boil for about 13/15 minutes. Leave to stand and serve.
For the crunchy ham:
Place the slices of ham between paper and put it in the microwave for 3 minutes.
Remove from the microwave and when cooled, the slices will crunchy.
Serve the rice with the ham crisp.
