bone-in shoulder
We present the palette wrapped in anti-grease paper and a mesh. Once wrapped, it is placed in a decorative box to protect the product during transport.
boneless shoulder
We present the shoulder boneless, rind and polished, ready to be cut in a machine or with a knife. The format is compact and rounded to make it as profitable and easy to handle
Sliced shoulder
We present the shoulder vacuum-packed and in 100 gr sachets, accompanied by cubes of ham, shavings and the cut bone.
The weight obtained will depend on the size of the piece selected, ranging between 1.3 kg and 1.8 kg
Palette started and ready to cut
Preparation started and ready to cut. We send you the clean piece on the cut side and with a cut start, so you can place it in your ham holder and start enjoying it
