Ham salad, foie & mango

Today we present a new recipe , of the original and creative recipes with ham by chef Clara Saura for your special occasions…

In this recipe we are going to use sliced of Iberian acorn ham.

Ideal recipe as a first course:

Ham salad, foie & mango

Ingredients:

  • Variety of lettuces.
  • Iberian acorn ham.
  • Foie shavings.
  • 1 mango.
  • 3 c.s. of virgin olive oil.
  • 1 c.s. of balsamic vinegar of Modena.
  • Salt and pepper.

Elaboration:

Arrange the different leaves of lettuce in a bowl.

Cut the mango into small cubes and arrange them on top of the lettuce.

Add the slices of Iberian acorn ham. Add the foie gras shavings.

Vinaigrette: emulsify oil and vinegar, salt and pepper.

Dress the salad with the vinaigrette.
