Eggs with potatoes & iberian ham

Today we present you a classic recipe, simple but that we love, eggs with potatoes and Iberian ham.

For this recipe, we will serve, ham of field bait in slices.

Ideal recipe as a main dish:

Eggs with potatoes & iberian ham

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs 
  • 3 Kennebec potatoes 
  • 8 slices of Iberian ham 
  • Virgin olive oil 
  • Salt 
  • Chives 

Elaboration:

Peel and cut the potatoes in a round or long form. 

Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the potatoes with the heat around 120/150 degrees to begin and 175 degrees to finish with. Drain in absorbent paper. 

In another pan, fry the eggs one by one and add salt. 

Serve the eggs on top of the fried potatoes, with the ham on the side.Then, add chives.
