Cebo de campo ham comes from Iberian pigs, fed on top-quality cereals and natural pastures, raised in open-air fields, cured in our drying rooms for more than 24 months.

Recommendations

Suitable for:

This ham is perfect for tasting it on a plate or for eating it with any kind of bread. One of the best flavours we can find in our gastronomy.

Consumption:

Consume it at a temperature close to 21ºC. Never consume it ata product temperature lower than 14ºC or higher than 25ºC, as this would alter its organoleptic properties. If the product is packaged, take it out of the refrigerator 2 hours before its consumption in order to achieve the ideal temperature of 21ºC. Open the package 15 minutes before its consumption to allow the product to air out.

Preservation:

Always store it in a cool and dry place, at temperatures that do not exceed 15ºC. After cutting it, it is recommended to cover the cut with the fat of the ham itself and to place a lint-free cloth on top. If the product is vacuum-packed, it should be kept in the refrigerator at a temperature between 1ºC and 5ºC.

Whole ham

We present the ham wrapped in anti-grease paper and a mesh. Once wrapped, it is placed in a decorative box to protect the product during transport.

Ham started and ready to cut

Preparation started and ready to cut. We send you the clean piece on the cut side and with a cut start, so you can place it in your ham holder and start enjoying it

Machine sliced ham

We present the vacuum-packed ham in 100 gr sachets, accompanied by small cubes of ham, shavings and the cut bone.
The weight obtained will depend on the size of the piece selected, ranging between 2.5 and 2.8 kg.
