moniberic was born more than 40 years ago, the result of the work, dedication and know-how of the Tomás family, a family that shares above all a passion for a product that is the gastronomic reference of our country. In our stores, you can breathe “ham culture”.

At moniberic you can enjoy the widest selection of the most admired Iberian hams on the market, in an environment where you can breathe the experience of three generations of a family of ham masters.

Coming from Iberian pigs, fed in the open-montanera regime, exclusively with acorns and natural pastures, our hams have been selected among the most reputable artisans of the main denominations of Origin in the country: Guijuelo, Dehesa de Extremadura, Pedroches, Huelva…

Our company was created by adding the synergy of the youth of the founders and the experience of the three generations they represent.

Elaboration process

From the moment they are selected, the hams follow an exclusive maturation process in their original drying sheds that will further enhance the delicate aromas and nuances of these unique pieces, jewels of our country's gastronomy.
The entire production process is exclusive and a sign of our brand identity.
