Aquest pernil es caracteritza per uns sabors m\u00e9s suaus i equilibrats. Les seves temperatures m\u00e9s baixes durant la fase de curaci\u00f3 fan que tingui un assecat menys agressiu i en conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia un sabor en general menys intens. Agrada a pr\u00e0cticament tots els paladars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Extremadura\"><\/span><strong>Extremadura:<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9s la zona amb major superf\u00edcie de deveses. Un excel\u00b7lent pernil, amb un major grau d\u2019intensitat. Una excel\u00b7lent elecci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Huelva\"><\/span><strong>Huelva:<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>El poble de refer\u00e8ncia de Huelva en el que a pernil es refereix \u00e9s Jabugo. <br>Igual que Guijuelo vaig posar la seva pr\u00f2pia D.O. En general, \u00e9s la que presenta uns sabors m\u00e9s intensos, a causa del proc\u00e9s d\u2019assecat m\u00e9s agressiu per les seves temperatures i al tipus de retallada major del greix, caracter\u00edstic de la zona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>C\u00f3rdoba:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El lloc de refer\u00e8ncia del pernil de C\u00f2rdova, \u00e9s La\u00a0Vall dels Pedroches. Vaig posar una D.O i \u00e9s de les 4 zones la que menys coneguda \u00e9s per al consumidor. No obstant aix\u00f2, el seu pernil \u00e9s d\u2019una excel\u00b7lent qualitat i cada vegada el seu nom \u00e9s m\u00e9s conegut. Els seus pernils solen ser bastant intensos i saborosos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A m\u00e9s d\u2019aquestes conegudes zones, hi ha unes altres en les quals es cria i produeix aquest tipus de pernil com Sevilla, Cadis\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vegada m\u00e9s, aquesta pregunta dep\u00e8n m\u00e9s dels gustos personals del consumidor que de qualsevol altra variable mesurable.
