A continuaci\u00f3, submergim la carbassa en una olla amb aigua bullent, la courem fins que aquesta tova, retirem la carbassa i reservem l&#8217;aigua per si queda molt espessa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Afegim nata liquida als trossos de carbassa i ho triturem i hi afegim sal, si ens queda espessa li podem afegir aigua de la cocci\u00f3, reservem la salsa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En una paella escalfarem oli i quan estigui bullint, afegirem les rodanxes fines de pernil ib\u00e8ric, quan estiguin cruixents les retirarem sobre paper absorbent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En aquesta mateixa paella, un cop retirat gaireb\u00e9 tot l&#8217;oli podem daurar el turbot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quan aquest daurat el posem al forn, controlant que no ens quedi gaire fet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Presentarem el plat, amb un fons de salsa de carbassa, el turbot i afegirem damunt del turbot el cruixent de pernil ib\u00e8ric.
