Existia la creen\u00e7a popular que si la pe\u00fclla era negra, significava que es tractava d\u2019una pe\u00e7a ib\u00e8rica, per\u00f2 no \u00e9s sempre aix\u00ed, hi ha altres races que tenen la pe\u00fclla negra.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Canya: \u00e9s la part fina situada despr\u00e9s de la pe\u00fclla i sol servir de punt de suport a l\u2019hora de tallar. Ens podem fixar en aquesta zona per a diferenciar el porc ib\u00e8ric de blanc, ja que en l\u2019ib\u00e8ric la canya sol ser molt fina i estilitzada i en blanc sol ser gruixuda i menys estilitzada.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Garr\u00f3: \u00e9s la zona per la qual es comencen a tallar les llesques.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Garreta: aquesta part situada entre la ma\u00e7a i la contra ma\u00e7a. \u00c9s una zona molt saborosa, l\u2019habitual \u00e9s fer daus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ma\u00e7a: \u00c9s la secci\u00f3 \u00a0amb major quantitat de magre i greix de tota la pe\u00e7a, pel fet de tenir una major quantitat de greix infiltrat \u00e9s la m\u00e9s saborosa.
